Dear Sir,

Lead Bank Scheme - Allocation of Lead Bank responsibility in respect of Anantnag, Budgam, Pulwana and Srinagar districts in J & K State on regular basis

Please refer to our Circular RPCD.CO.LBS.BC.No.59/02.08.01/2006-07 dated March 29, 2007 extending the period of transfer of Lead Bank responsibility in respect of Anantnag, Budgam, Pulwana and Srinagar districts on temporary basis to the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.  upto March 31, 2008.

On a review, it has now been decided to assign Lead Bank responsibility to Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. on a regular basis.

3. There is no change in the lead bank responsibilities of other districts in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
