Dear Sirs,

CSGL Option on NDS - Order Matching

Please refer to the circular IDMD.DOD.No.5341/10.25.66/2006-07 dated May 25, 2007 in terms of which access to NDS-OM through the CSGL route was extended to certain qualified entities.

2. In terms of the announcement made vide paragraphs 128 of the Mid-Term Review of Annual Policy Statement 2007-08, it is now decided to include Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking NBFCs (NBFC-ND-SI) as a 'qualified entity' for accessing the NDS-OM using the CSGL route.

3. With the above addition, qualified entities for accessing NDS-OM through the CSGL route are 'deposit taking NBFCs, NBFC-ND-SIs, Provident Funds, Pension Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Cooperative Banks, Regional Rural Banks and Trusts.

4. All other terms and conditions specified in our circular dated May 25, 2007 remain unchanged.
