Notification No. 117/2011-Customs

 

  G.S.R.     (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

2.         This notification shall come into force with effect from 1^st January, 2012.

Note-

 

(1)   The principal notification No. 25/1999 dated 28^th February, 1999 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R 161(E) dated the 28th February, 1999 and was last amended by Notification No.14/2011-Customs dated 01st March,2011 published vide number G.S.R.140(E), dated the 1st March, 2011.
