Notification No.  26/2008-Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R.       (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central  Excise Act, 1944(1 of 1944),  the Central  Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 6/2007-Central Excise ( N.T.), dated the 12^th  February, 2007, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries relating thereto, shall be inserted, namely:-

Note:- The principal notification no. 6/2007-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 12^th February, 2007 was published vide number G.S.R.77(E), dated the 12^th February, 2007 and was subsequently amended by Notification No.02/2008-Central Excise (N.T.)  dated  the 15^th January,2008 vide number G.S.R.32(E), dated the 15^th January,2008.
